As Superhosts with a large portfolio of vacation rentals, we've found Yada AI to be a valuable tool for managing and optimizing our short-term rental business. Yada AI can be divided into 5 different core processes; Direct Bookings, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Guest Experience.
Here's our take on the best Yada AI features and how hosts can leverage them for their Airbnb properties:
Direct Bookings Core
The live chat widget answers questions 24/7, increasing booking conversions. Since it’s AI-powered, it provides instant and personalized support experiences, answering guest questions in real-time. We’ve also found the use of contextual popups to showcase last-minute deals or seasonal promotions highly effective, improving booking rates and reaching more customers. The tracking and analytics have also been very beneficial in helping us understand what works and what doesn’t, allowing us to refine our direct booking approach and continue testing different styles to attract more direct bookings. We can definitely see Yada AI providing an increased value to hosts or property managers with their own direct booking websites.
Sales Core
When it comes to sales, Yada AI offers omni-channel upselling features that can help improve the overall user experience and reach them through their preferred communication or booking method. It also allows users to offer and create personalized add-ons and other upsells based on guest preference and booking details. It makes use of AI to empower its upselling features throughout the entire guest journey. If you don’t already have any pre-made messages for your upselling needs, Yada AI also features a wide library of effective and engaging templates that you can ask the chatbot to use. While it can take a while to set up, we’ve found that the "Fire and Forget" setup saves us time in the long run, while ensuring that you earn increased revenue through automated upsells. Never “forget” to offer an upsell ever again.
Marketing Core
Admittedly, we don’t think that marketing is Yada AI’s strongest suit. However, we still appreciate its inclusion within Yada AI’s standard plans. However, there are still a handful of helpful features. Its tools include retention marketing flows which can give you detailed insights as to how you can cultivate repeat bookings and keep guests coming back. It can also help with expanding the guest base using advanced lead generation tools, attracting new potential guests. Another feature we’ve found useful is its capability to create automatic guest segments, allowing users to create personalized messages and materials that are catered to specific groups, improving the overall effectiveness of your marketing since it resonates more with each segment.
Guest Experience Core
Now, this is the area where we think Yada AI shines the most. Features like AI chatbots can take over the mundane and repetitive tasks within the guest communication cycle. It’s smart enough to answer routine inquiries, common questions, and even basic messages. This frees up time for more complex tasks that require your attention. Some other features we’ve found that help improve the guest experience are digital guidebooks and welcome cards through QR packs. These features can provide your guests with all of the information they need to know about the rental, items within the rental, and even within your local area to craft a personalized and highly rated stay.
Operations Core
The final core feature is related to your day-to-day operations. We value the automation that Yada AI brings, it uses the power of AI to generate tasks based on guest messages to ensure that you’re always updated. This includes messages like repairs, requests, cleaning, and maintenance, among others. The native Slack integration keeps my team aligned and responsive. It also provides a more streamlined notifications system, allowing users to prioritize and manage alerts effectively, ensuring they never miss important updates.

Yada AI Pricing: How Much Does Yada AI Cost?
Now, let’s get into how much it will cost you to use Yada AI. As Superhosts of around 30 properties, we value tools that give us the best bang for our buck. Luckily, Yada AI has made it easy for hosts and property managers by using a straightforward pricing plan that provides access to all of their features.
Yada AI only has two main pricing plans; Monthly and Annual. The Monthly plan costs $12.49 per month while availing the Annual plan gives you a 20% that costs $119.88 billed annually, boiling down to $9.99 per month. Both plans unlock every feature found on the platform, including chatbots and chat automation, marketing automation, and lead generation, among others. They even offer custom Enterprise plans for STR owners with larger portfolios, ensuring that the platform scales as you scale.
Other features like custom billing, business intelligence, and the ability to remove the “Powered by Yada” watermark are only accessible behind the Enterprise plan. However, that’s pretty reasonable since most hosts and property managers won’t have much usage from these features anyway. The important part is that you have access to the core platform features from both the Monthly and Annual plans.
We’ve found it to be relatively fair in terms of pricing. While other solutions can be a bit cheaper, Yada AI does provide more features. These features are specifically on the direct booking and marketing side of things, which we do think balances things out. The direct booking chat and customizable brandings are special mentions that we think significantly help out if you have a website of your own.
Yada AI User Experience
From the moment we started using Yada AI, we instantly appreciated its intuitive and user-friendly interface along with the platform’s clean and modern-feeling design. This made it easy to navigate, even if it was our first time interacting with the platform. We also think that this design will be appreciated by those who aren’t exactly tech-savvy since they can still easily understand and find their way around Yada AI.
The dashboard is well-organized, providing a comprehensive overview of all our connected properties and their performance at a glance. We particularly liked how Yada AI has consolidated various aspects of guest management into a single, unified platform. This integration of direct bookings, sales, marketing, guest experience, and operations features can help streamline the workflow, allowing us to focus on more complex things that require our attention.
All of the individual features are cleanly listed at the top bar, and organized according to their purposes. It includes the Dashboard, Listings, Inbox, Tasks, Marketing, Logs, and Integrations. You can access the platform on pretty much any browser, but we did find that the mobile version is really only good for basic monitoring or messaging, while we recommend using a laptop or desktop for everything else.

That concludes our Yada AI review. After our testing, we can confidently say that Yada AI provides great value and is a worthy addition to a short-term rental business. Its solid AI capabilities create unique opportunities for automation and streamlining repetitive processes within your vacation rental. Its relatively affordable pricing does make it accessible to pretty much all hosts or property managers, from beginners to veterans alike.
