For transparency purposes, our go-to dynamic pricing tool has always been PriceLabs. However, we’re going to be objective going into our DPGO review. DPGO Pricing: How Much Does DPGO Cost?

DPGO assists you in pricing your rental and optimizing your rates getting you more value. Now, this comes at a price. DPGO offers two different plans based on how you want to pay. The great part about it is that both plans offer the same features, so it’s really up to your preferred payment terms.

They have a Fixed plan where you play a flat $1 fee per night booked. It’s a pretty straightforward plan that could best serve vacation rentals without too many monthly bookings or those who are just starting out and getting their feet wet. There’s no limit to the number of bookings you get per month, and they’ll send you an invoice for the fees every two weeks.

DPGO also offers a monthly plan, which can be divided into a Flat Fee or Flexible subscriptions. The Flat Fee requires subscribers to pay $18 per listing per month to gain access to DPGO dynamic pricing. On the other hand, the Flexible fee is percentage-based, costing 0.5% of the booked price per listing. Both plans offer the same features. We think the Flat Fee plan is better for rentals with tons of monthly bookings or for those who have a high average daily rate (ADR). Conversely, the Flexible fee is perfect for hosts with lower ADRs.

One thing we think most hosts would come to love about DPGO is that it doesn’t charge any setup fees nor does it have any hidden charges. They also offer a generous 30-day free trial period that allows new users to fully play with the platform and see if it fits their needs.

As seasoned Superhosts ourselves, we’ve dabbled in quite a few dynamic pricing tools like DPGO. From our experience, we think it’s one of the easier ones to set up and use, thanks to its straightforward integration with some of the most popular property management software in the industry. It integrates directly with the likes of iGMS, Hostfully, Guesty, Hospitable, and Hostaway, among others, making it easy to manage your pricing.

Once you’ve got your listings synched, you can instantly play around with the price settings. One of the things that made DPGO easy to use are its set pricing profiles Conservative, Recommended, Aggressive, and Fixed, allowing users to instantly set their base price within a click of a button. It aligns with different pricing strategies, and automatically gives you optimized pricing, without too much tinkering. While it’s easy to use, it might be a little lackluster for more seasoned hosts. We prefer to be more intricate when it comes to strategies, but we can definitely see the value of these profiles for some of the more inexperienced users.

The system is best summed-up by its 4-step process. You simply need to create a profile, connect your accounts, ideally through direct PMS integration, select your preferred strategy, and enable automation.

The platform also cleanly separates each function, for easier navigation. Minimum stays, gap nights, seasonality, and discount pricing are individually set. This makes it easier to absorb, especially for some of the newer hosts or property managers out there. However, advanced users who already know what each feature does, can instantly dive into the nitty and gritty details and make precise adjustments to their pricing strategies.
